The cooperative mindset, or “cooperative model,” emphasizes collaboration, mutual assistance, and shared ownership among members of a community or organization. Since 1844, Danish agriculture has used financial cooperative models. The core “idea” is cost-sharing for significant investments in non-core production assets. A specific set of agreements governs the cost-sharing model and revenue distribution.

At V5 Development, we can operate within a traditional delivery and investment environment, but we are inspired by Danish cooperative models and welcome our partners to join an alternative investment and revenue-sharing model if they are interested.

Developing large and new industrial concepts requires access to capital. The often-overlooked fourth partner is financial.
